I’m just hoping that such injustice is a purely American phenomenon. I’ve been fighting cancer for almost 5 years now using alternative therapies which include the Hulda Clark ‘zapper’ and soon (hopefully) a Rife machine. In the UK our version of the FDA (the NHRA) have already had customs and excise seize large quantities of LDN (a drug which boosts the immune system). If these alternative therapies end up saving my life (which I’m sure they will) I’ll be damned if I’m going to keep my mouth shut about them!

Gentlepeople,

The message is very clear. The FDA Gestapo has complete control of Rife devices and the Rife device industry. They have all the money the pharmaceutical companies can raise to keep and maintain that control. At last count that’s more money than the entire natural therapies industry made in the last 100 years. In a legal system where money rules, that’s not very good odds.

In such an environment the best legal defense in the world would look like the worst.

Yes the FDA did confiscate T-Shirts when they raided me. The shirts had our logo and brand name on them – Energy Wellness so I guess they figured the T-shirts were a healing device and subject to confiscation. 100% all natural cotton, sacred geometry embedded in the logo and all that. But we never said anything in our literature about our T-shirts one way or another. I’ve been out of the Energy healing business for years now, however those still in it – do need to create an organization to represent, defend and protect everyone it the industry as well as raise funds to support attacks like the one on Jim Folsom. There have been attempts in the past to do this but I don’t know the state of affairs these organizations are or aren’t in today. The fact Jim is facing up to 140 years in prison and $500,000 in fines should be a wake up call for everyone to band together and support each other in a field of medicine that needs to be preserved, protected and expanded.

Jim’s machine’s weren’t sold before the FDA existed but others fairly similar were. Instruments of this character were quite popular in the early 1900’s to the point where they had to make rules against using them at night because some of them used higher frequencies which disrupted AM evening talk radio broadcast reception.

Some of the instruments were interfering with AM Radio. Apparently they didn’t argue that case well if at all. Eventually we should be able to see the transcripts for the case.

He was convicted on tuesday. It sounds like he’s facing some serious prison time. I like your ideas Bruce. It’s definitely time to team up on this.

Did they really confiscate t-shirts that were in your house during the raid?

It really sounds like Jim had some bad legal representation.

It’s unfortunate that this has come about to Mr.Folsom. Iguess him stating claims regarding his equipment got the attention of the FDA. It’s hard to fight those guys being how powerful they are. Do I agree with them, no. Are they crooks? Yes. Lets hope your site stays up for along time my friend.

When exactly was Jim convicted and how much time is he facing. In a non-violent crime like this – the bond should be very small, especially since he has no criminal background. It is a shame that the entire industry didn’t rally behind Jim as a loss in this trial is now a loss for everyone who is in the Rife industry. The only way to stop the government from trying to stop everyone from having the freedom to choose the health care modalities of their choice is for the industry to band together and in this case help Jim out financially. You’re a bunch of fools if you don’t do this and just think “Good a competitor is now out of business”. This kind of thinking basically means – you’re next! So create a movement to “Free Jim Folsom” and give $100.00 of every machine everyone out there is selling to “Operation Health Freedom” or what ever you call the movement. It’s the only way to protect yourself against this kind of thing happening to you. Power to the people – but only if the people unite together.
